We may process transaction references, payment amounts, payment dates, customer identifiers, phone numbers associated with payments, and payment status.

MikroPay does not request or store your M-Pesa PIN.

We use information to provide and maintain MikroPay, manage customer accounts and subscriptions, process and reconcile payments, provide support, monitor system performance, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

We may also use information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.

MikroPay customers may enter information about their own customers into the platform.

If you use MikroPay to manage customer information, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis and any required permissions for collecting and processing that information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
